The new 2027 calendar has now arrived and will be on sale from the Old Station from Saturday 12th September and at other outlets in the village very soon. The cost remains at £5. We will also have the calendar for sale at events we will be attending throughout the autumn, including the Snibston Colliery Open Day on Sunday 20th September (10am to 4:30pm), the ‘Friends of Thringstone’ Schools event on Saturday 26th September (1pm to 5.30 pm) at the Charles Booth Centre, Thringstone and our own event on Saturday 10th October at Whitwick Methodist Church with the theme “Whitwick Colliery”.
